Things are about to get a little meta with Do Not Feed the Monkeys 2099
In space, everyone can hear you scream – and see you do other embarrassing stuff, too.
Players are once again invited to join the “The Primate Observation Club” in Fictiorama Studios’ whacky “digital voyeur simulator” sequel, Do Not Feed the Monkeys 2099.
Earth has been “stripped of resources.” Corporations now sponsor entire planets, and thanks to first contact, humans enjoy “alien knowledge,” have spread “across the galaxy,” and “live side by side” with robots and their new extra-terrestrial friends. However, that doesn’t mean they’ve lost their curiosity, or desire to eavesdrop and gossip.
Using an advanced system of security cameras, players will be able to “spy on strangers,” discovering “their hidden secrets.” With the new “MonkeyVision app,” players will also be able to “monitor cages” and interact with their subjects in a variety of ways, including “making threatening phone calls” and using “artificial intelligence represented by holograms” called “OmniPals.” OmniPals offer “another window into the outside world,” and Fictiorama Studios teases that they “may offer some other mysterious functions” as well. Do Not Feed the Monkeys 2099 also includes a “Fast Forwarding ability” once you’ve completed the game, allowing you to take different routes
through the adventure.
Do Not Feed the Monkeys 2099 launches this Fall for Mac and Windows via Steam.
