Bone series gets cost reduction

The news just keeps getting better about the Bone series from Telltale Games.

If there was one overriding complaint about the first episode, Out from Boneville, it was that the game cost too much for much too little. Having already addressed the latter concern with significantly more content in the upcoming episode, The Great Cow Race, now the developer has solved the former with a significant price re-structuring.

Beginning today, the new price point of each downloadable episode will be $12.99 USD. And while this price does not apply to all future (potential) packaged versions, Telltale is also offering a discounted early offer for The Great Cow Race. To those who purchased Out from Boneville before April 3, the packaged version of the new game will be available for the same $12.99, requiring only the order number from the original purchase during the checkout process. This offer is only available until April 30, 2006.
